Posted on · A man accused of bilking investors in an alleged 7-billion dollar Ponzi scheme, has pleaded not guilty to fraud. Bond is set at a half-million dollars for Texas financier R. Allen Stanford. He was returned overnight to a Montgomery County jail, but could be released later today. His attorney says there is a lot of work to do to prove his client's innocence.
