Former Texas DPS trooper Lee Ray Boykin found guilty of using authority to sexually assault women, prosecutors say

Posted on · A jury determined that Boykin deprived two women of their rights when, while on duty as a law enforcement officer in August 2020, he coerced them to perform oral sex in a parking lot in Houston.
