Felony Charges For 2 Who Secretly Filmed Planned Parenthood

Posted on March 29, 2017 · California prosecutors on Tuesday charged two anti-abortion activists who made undercover videos of themselves trying to buy fetal tissue from Planned Parenthood with 15 felonies, saying they invaded the privacy of medical providers by filming without consent.

Posted on July 26, 2016 · Harris County dropped the two remaining criminal charges against anti-abortion activists from California. The case drew attention to the use of fetal tissue in medical research, and raised concerns about the involvement of abortion clinics in procuring the tissue.
