Man kills 5 in Cleveland after family complained about gunfire

Posted on April 29, 2023 · The confrontation followed family members walking up to the fence and asking the suspect to stop shooting rounds. The suspect responded by telling them that it was his property, and that one person in the house got a video of the suspect walking up to the front door with the rifle.

Posted on September 25, 2023 · Darryl George, a 17-year-old student at Barbers Hill High School in Mont Belvieu, has been serving an in-school suspension since Aug. 31 because school district officials say his dreadlocks violate their dress code. George's family accuses Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton of failing to enforce the CROWN Act, a new state law outlawing racial discrimination based on hairstyles.
