Toxic wastewater shipments from Ohio trail derailment headed back to Houston area
Posted on · A Harris County company that disposes of toxic chemicals is again receiving shipments of firefighting wastewater from a trail derailment in Ohio early this month, according to Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.
