Papa John’s employee trying to unionize Houston store suspended for stealing by franchisee
Posted on · Harrison Martin, a 19-year-old cook at the Papa John's location at 2620 S. Shepherd Dr., was suspended by management two days after filing a petition to form a union with the National Labor Relations Board. DCT Texas, his employer, says he was punished for stealing food and not because of the petition.
