Record-setting gingerbread house maker brings Texas-themed village to Houston Farmers Market

Posted on November 17, 2023 · "The 12 Days of Texas," an edible gingerbread village that includes about 550 houses and covers nearly 400 square feet, is on display through Jan. 14. Its creator says Houstonians can take parts of it home afterward, either for preserving or destroying.

Posted on November 1, 2023 · The Texas Transportation Commission is allocating $18.5 million for a new hike-and-bike trail that would cross Buffalo Bayou and go underneath the West Loop in order to provide safe access between the Galleria area and Memorial Park.
