Houston’s home sales slump continued in March, with an added ingredient: lower home prices.

Posted on April 13, 2023 · A sign sellers may have to accept the reality of a declining market is how long it takes to sell a home. Last month, that number was 62 days, nearly double the time it took to sell a home a year ago, at 38 days.
