‘Concerned citizen’ posts $1 million bond for Patrick Clark, the Houston-area man accused of fatally shooting Migos rapper Takeoff

Posted on December 15, 2022 · Bail was originally set at $2 million for Clark, a 33-year-old Channelview man who had obtained an expedited passport prior for his Dec. 1 arrest. His attorneys argued he is not a flight risk and that amount was excessive.

Lawyers for Takeoff’s accused killer, Patrick Clark, request massive decrease in bail amount

Posted on December 13, 2022 · Attorneys for Patrick Xavier Clark, charged with murder in the fatal shooting of the Migos rapper, have asked a judge to reduce his bail amount from $2 million to $100,000. Clark obtained an expedited passport shortly before his arrest, according to Harris County court records.
