EaDo ‘East Blocks’ development to repurpose collection of Houston warehouses

Posted on November 14, 2023 · Construction is expected to start in 2024 on East Blocks, a joint redevelopment project by Pagewood and Wile Interests that will convert eight mid-20th century warehouses into 10 blocks of restaurant, retail, office and green space.

Former Sears property in north Houston to be redeveloped for retail and residential use

Posted on November 21, 2023 · The 509,600-square foot property on North Shepherd Drive, valued at more than $15.5 million by the Harris Central Appraisal District, was recently purchased by a subsidiary of Lamasar Capital, which plans to redevelop it over the next few years. The lot has been vacant and mostly unused since Sears closed in 2020.

Posted on November 16, 2023 · Jake Owen, Megan Moroney, Jon Pardi and Kidz Bop are the other musical acts scheduled to perform from Jan. 5-7 at Shell Energy Stadium. The national championship game will be played the following night at NRG Stadium.
