Majority of Texas’ Drug Overdose Deaths Stem from Prescription Drug Abuse

Posted on · According to the non-profit, non-partisan Trust for America’s Health, which advocates for disease prevention, the number of drug overdose deaths in Texas increased by nearly 80 percent from 1999 to 2013.
