Posted on September 19, 2023 · A new defense attorney for the 23-year-old Armstrong, who was a teenager at the time of his parents' deaths, claimed in a motion for a new trial that he should have been tried as a juvenile and that prosecutors should have provided previous defense attorneys with information that questioned the credibility of a key witness.

Posted on August 9, 2023 · The family of Christopher Scandridge filed the wrongful death lawsuit against 21-year-old Cypress resident Daniel Rivera, who has been jailed since the Sunday morning collision and faces three murder charges related to the deaths of Scandridge, Fraser Anderson and Jacob Wnuk.
