Paying Tribute to 9/11 Victims

Posted on · Despite heavy clouds and light rain, Houston police and firefighters paid tribute to the lives lost in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The victims honored included emergency responders to the World Trade Center Twin Towers that fell in New York City. Pat Hernandez has more.
