Manager of Media Production for Community Fundraising
Fujio Watanabe has proudly served in Houston’s broadcast television community since graduating from the University of Houston. He has worked in production for HISD, KHOU and Houston Public Media along with brief stints on independent film projects. He works with an award-winning team at HPM shooting and editing documentaries, short features, and programs.
Fujio is now focused on creating fundraising messaging that supports the local and national programming of TV 8 and News 88.7 at Houston Public Media.
