‘80s Icon Martha Davis Comes To Houston And Theater District Open House Marks 2-Year Anniversary Of Harvey

A legendary new wave singer-songwriter talks about her life and career, and this year’s festival to celebrate the new performing arts season offers lots of free activities, no construction and free parking.

The Motels will perform in Houston's Arena Theater on Thursday, August 22 as part of the Lost 80s Live tour.

Then, Catherine Lu previews the 2019 Houston Theater District Open House with Kathryn McNiel, CEO of Theater District Houston. McNiel shares fun facts about Houston's downtown arts district and its annual festival, and gives an update on how the area has recovered two years after Harvey. The 26th Annual TC Energy Theater District Open House is on Sunday, August 25.
