For the full hour, we're joined by Veterinarian Dr. Diarra Blue, co-owner of Cy-Fair Animal Hospital and star of Animal Planet's The Vet Life, to share insight on general pet health for the Summer season.

Dr. Blue discusses the importance of making sure your pet is hydrated by giving them fresh clean water, how to keep them safe from insects like fleas, ticks, and mosquitos, and common things they should not ingest, including certain foods, drinks, and chemical products.

Plus, Dr. Blue explains the most common issues for pets, how to know when it's the right time to take your animal to the vet and takes listeners' calls to answer their pet questions.
