Houston has such an amazing food scene!
One chef at the center of it, who's helped put Houston on the map, is Christine Ha.
She became a celebrity when she won MasterChef in 2012, and she has also written a New York Times-bestselling cookbook.
From being named a finalist for a 2022 James Beard Award to appearing on Top Chef: Houston and opening a restaurant during the pandemic, she's been busy!
Today, we catch up with Houston chef and restauranteur Christine Ha. She talks about her projects, including a new campaign to raise awareness of the rare disease that caused her blindness — and, of course, about food!
