According to the Harris County Clerk's Office, in the first week of early voting, nearly 720,000 residents have cast their ballot for the November 3rd election. But even with this kind of turnout, the pandemic, recent litigation and increase in mail-in voting have left many with lingering questions about the voting process.
As part of our series on voting (part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 & part 5), Roxanne Werner, director of community relations for the Harris County Clerk's Office, and Jay Aiyer, county attorney working in elections for the Harris County Attorney’s Office, answer listener call-in questions on everything you need to know to vote – from drive-through voting, postage for mail-in ballots, voter ID, drop box locations and more.
