Houston bar/restaurant owner Bobby Huegel joins the discussion to draw a distinction between small neighborhood bars and the riskier environments of nightclubs, and address the need for a more in-depth discussion of the issue at the state level. And Caroline Starry, director of development for the Southern Smoke Foundation, joins to talk about how the organization is helping people in the food and beverage industry who are in crisis.
