Town Square: Reverend Dr. William J. Barber; Dr. Kirstin Matthews; and Dr. Dietrich von Biedenfeld

We hear conversations about the latest Covid news and its economic impact, and we talk to civil rights leader and author Reverend William J. Barber.

Reverend Dr. William J. Barber speaks at a White House event.

Town Square with Ernie Manouse is a gathering space for the community to come together and discuss the day's most important and pressing issues.

In the first segment, Ernie is joined by Dr. Kirstin Matthews, Fellow in Science and Technology Policy at Rice University's Baker Institute, to discuss the latest scientific findings around COVID-19.

Ernie is then joined by civil rights leader and author Rev. Dr. William J. Barber to discuss his book We Are Called to Be a Movement, and The Poor People’s Campaign – A National Call for Moral Revival.

Then, Dr. Dietrich von Biedenfeld, a business professor at UH Downtown, joins Ernie for a conversation about the economy.
