Experts discuss the processes of voter registration and how to apply for, and cast, mail-in ballots.

For this episode, Ernie is joined by Bob Stein, Lena Gohlman Fox Professor of Political Science at Rice University; Jay Aiyer, Assistant County Attorney working in elections for the Harris County Attorney's office (and former co-host of Party Politics); and Texas State Senator Paul Bettencourt (former Harris County tax assessor); to discuss the voting system, and what you need to know to make sure your vote counts on election day.
