Two acclaimed local musicians perform works for piano and cello.

Michael Zuraw, artistic director of Houston’s Aperio: Music of the Americas chamber ensemble, and Daniel Saenz, assistant professor of cello at Sam Houston State University, perform two of Marlos Nobre’s “Três Cantos de Iemanjá,” and his “Poema III.” The pieces are part of a program they performed this August at the 20th International Cello Encounter in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
