Early voting is underway and voters are participating all over Texas in big numbers! Early voting numbers in the midterm election are approaching presidential year levels and are breaking all kinds of records. Party Politics co-hosts Jay Aiyer and Brandon Rottinghaus break down the impact of the swell of voters and discuss what this means for races up and down the ballot.
