Houston has one of the largest populations of Greek people outside of Athens – and with them comes a whole host of great eating options! Dimitri Fetokakis, of Niko Niko’s, gives us a tour of the Greek dining table. Along the way, he teaches us a few simple Greek recipes for the summer. Dimitri shows Ernie Manouse the secrets of making a traditional Greek Salad (called “Horiatiki Salad”), the easy yet flavorful Marouli Salad, and the spinach pie treat called “Spanakopita.”
