A new film out from Amazon Studios called A Million Miles Away tells the remarkable, real-life story of NASA flight engineer José Hernández. The film follows Hernandez, played by Michael Pena, as he journeys from a rural village in Mexico, to the fields of the San Joaquin Valley (where his family sought employment as migrant farm workers), to Houston, and eventually to the International Space Station.
