On Monday’s show: The Harris Health System announced the release of its only COVID-19 patient this past Friday, leaving zero COVID-19 patients for the first time since March of 2020. And Memorial Hermann also announced Friday that they would be easing several of their COVID guidelines – health screenings won't be required from employees and patients and masks will be optional in non-patient areas. Visitation will also return to pre-pandemic rules.
While some things may be looking better for hospitals they're still assessing the full scope of the financial damage the pandemic caused over the last two years.
