On Monday’s show: With Thanksgiving just days away, we continue one of our annual Turkey Day traditions. Members of the Houston Matters team have picked interviews from the past year or so produced by another member of the team for which they’re thankful, and we’ll listen back on them.

This hour we revisit a conversation with actor Jim Parsons about growing up in Houston and his movie The Boys in the Band. We listen back to a conversation with former Rep. Patrick Kennedy, who made the case for transforming mental health care in America. Texans kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn talks about finding the right head space for doing his job. And we revisit our…well…visit to Armand Bayou Nature Center in the Clear Lake area.
