In a preview of this week’s edition of I See U, Dr. Melanye Price talks with Brian Simmons, director of The Ocean of Soul at Texas Southern University, and Dr. Timmey Zachery, professor of music and director of The Marching Storm band at Prairie View A&M University.

Then, we discuss The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of the week, including a school district’s policy on hair length for boys causing some controversy and the supposed mental health benefits of watching horror movies.

And we learn about the annual Halloween Classic Car Show Saturday at The National Museum of Funeral History and learn more about this unusual attraction in Greater Houston.
