In the first segment, host Ernie Manouse is joined by Dr. Umair Shah, executive director of Harris County Public Health, to address the state of Harris County’s COVID-19 situation: hospitalizations, testing, and best practices to slow the spike in cases.

Then, Ernie is joined by one of our all-star guests, Dr. Catherine Troisi, infectious disease epidemiologist at UTHealth School of Public Health, who gives an update on the latest scientific findings about COVID-19. Dr. Troisi also fields questions from listeners.
