In the first segment, Host Ernie Manouse is joined by attorney Pete Makopoulos-Senftleder, with the Trans Legal Aid Clinic of Houston, who dicusses the recent supreme court ruling prohibiting employers from discriminating against LGBTQ workers.

Then, Ernie is joined by Dr. Cedric Dark with Baylor College of Medicine to talk about the challenges facing emergency rooms as Texas continues into Phase Three of its reopening plan and hospitalizations spike, as well as inequities facing minorities in the healthcare system. He also answers listeners' questions about COVID-19. Dr. Dark is also an emergency medicine physician at Ben Taub Hospital.
