  • A federal judge saying property owners downstream of the Addicks and Barker dams have no grounds to sue over controlled releases that flooded their homes in 2017

  • No real developments in the private effort to establish high-speed rail between Houston and Dallas, but there are now mock-ups of the inside of the train that doesn't exist yet
