While some dramatic developments continue in Washington, D.C. — including House Democrats' announcement of plans to file articles of impeachment against President Trump and House Democrats and organized labor supporting an updated trade agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada — there have also been some significant developments in local politics in recent days just ahead of Saturday's Houston municipal runoff election.
