The Rockets look to even up their playoff series with the Golden State Warriors when the teams face off at the Toyota Center in Game 4 tonight of the Western Conference Semifinals.

After the Warriors took a 2-0 lead in the series, the Rockets responded on their home court with a much-needed 126-121 overtime win in Game 3 on Saturday, leaving the series 2-1.

Despite the appearance of James Harden’s eye, which was injured in Game 2 while going for a rebound, he says he’s fine, he can see, and he’s ready to go for Game 4.

Meanwhile, the Astros dominated the Angels in two games in Monterrey, Mexico over the weekend. They’re back for seven games at home, starting with the Kansas City Royals tonight.

And Mauro Manotas scored twice to help the Dynamo beat FC Dallas on Saturday 2-1 in the Texas Derby.

In the audio above, sportswriter Jeff Balke joins Houston Matters to discuss those and other developments in local sports.
