On Thursday’s Houston Matters: The ACLU of Texas is calling for an investigation into Harris County Juvenile Judge Glenn Devlin, who reportedly released nearly all of the juvenile defendants who had detention hearings before him on Wednesday. That came just hours after he lost his bid for re-election in Tuesday's midterm elections. We get reactions from the ACLU and the legal community.
