On Monday’s Houston Matters: Texas candidates have just a few hours left to make their cases to voters before Election Day. We learn how they’re spending their time. And today marks one year since more than two dozen people were shot and killed at a church in Sutherland Springs near San Antonio. We talk with Texas Public Radio's Joey Palacios about how the South Texas community is faring a year later.
