Lauren Simpson, associate professor at the UH Law Center, tells Houston Matters how we all can support pollinators in our own yards. She says it doesn't have to be a large garden — a few pots in homes across Houston is enough to help these bees and butterflies travel.

Simpson maintains her own wildlife habitat called St. Julian's Crossing.
