As we have seen over the past year, the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements have called out misconduct from men in the areas of entertainment, media, and politics. So what about other industries — especially those local to Houston? Are people being more empowered to come forward with claims?

Are workplaces implementing new policies or enforcing existing policies more strictly? What kinds of changes are we anticipating as the culture continues to change and abusers of power are being exposed?
