On Monday’s Houston Matters: The U.S. Supreme Court says most of the Texas political districts tossed out for improper racial discrimination are okay and do not have to be redrawn. We discuss that and other rulings just issued by the court with Teddy Rave from the UH Law Center.

Also this hour: On Aug. 25 – one year to the day after Hurricane Harvey’s landfall – Harris County voters will vote on $2.5 billion worth of flood protection measures.
