Texas Environmental Regulation Committee Examines Cleanup Efforts After Harvey

The Texas Environmental Regulation Committee is taking a closer look at response and cleanup efforts after Harvey. The committee met today (April 25) to examine the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s role in recovery after the storm.

We discuss whether Harvey could shape environmental regulations going forward with Tracy Hester. He teaches environmental law at the University of Houston Law Center.
