On Tuesday (April 17), the Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University is bringing together members of the Mexican, Canadian, and US energy industry to discuss developments in NAFTA renegotiations and how their industries will adapt to potential changes.

The conversation will also cover energy trade across borders in North America and how changes to NAFTA might affect that.

Ahead of the event, Houston Matters talk with one of the participants, Dr. Adrian Duhalt, a postdoctoral fellow in Mexico energy studies at the Baker Institute.
