NAACP Looks To Increase Home Ownership Among Houston’s African-American Population

NAACP Houston is launching a new program to increase home ownership within the city’s black community.

The program is called Homes For Christmas and Belinda Everette joins Houston Matters to explain how the program will work. Everette chairs housing advocacy for the organization.
