This week our panel examines:

  • A counter-intuitive finding about bias in deadly police shootings;
  • 14 of the 15 members of the Land Commissioner’s coastal resiliency advisory group representing government or business;
  • And former President George W. Bush feeling the need to sway during a song at the memorial service for fallen Dallas law enforcement officers.

Our panel of non-experts this week includes:

  • Houston Chronicle writer Lisa Falkenberg;
  • Vlad Davidiuk, recent delegate to the Texas GOP Convention;
  • Attorney and community education advocate Monica Richart.
