This week, our panel debates more flooding (this time on the Brazos River), a terminated tow truck contract, and another termination of sorts in the form of Baylor University's Chancellor Kenneth Starr, who stepped down amid scandal over the handling of sexual assault allegations against several of the school’s football players.
