The Houston Astros are headed to the postseason for the first time since 2005. The ‘Stros closed out the regular season Sunday with a loss but finished with a record of 86-76, good enough to earn the second American League Wild Card, and a winner-take-all playoff game against New York at Yankee Stadium Tuesday night (Oct. 6, 2015).

The Houston Texans, meanwhile, were absolutely trounced by the Atlanta Falcons Sunday 48-21.
