This past Saturday, (6/13/15), Houston's BBVA Compass Stadium played host to the Major League Lacrosse All-Star Game. That's right – there's a professional lacrosse league. It has eight teams, mostly spread down the East Coast. And, of course, there's no team in Houston at the moment — but that could change.

Houston Matters' Michael Hagerty caught up with the MLL's commissioner, David Gross, while he was in Houston. He tells Michael about the chances of Houston getting a Major League Lacrosse team in the future, but first he explains why he thinks the sport is growing in popularity across the country – including Greater Houston.
