Houston is one of the younger cities in the nation, by median age. We have a lot of millennials here – those born between the early 1980s and early 2000s (aka Generation Y). Houston was named the No. 2 city for millennials in 2012.

What’s drawn them here? What do they want from Houston? What do they contribute to it? What are the priorities, passions, challenges, and insights the millennial generation brings to Greater Houston? And how do they feel about the connotations that often come from the term “millennials?”
