Earlier this year, we examined an under-representation of women in Houston's political landscape. (Yes, we have a woman in her third term as Mayor, but we also have just two women on Houston's City Council right now. That's the fewest in several years). What about other walks of life? Here in Houston, do we have our fair share of women CEOs and managers? Are Houston women successfully pursuing and achieving the goals that matter to them, whether in work, or at home – or, for that matter, even in sports?

We discuss the challenges Houston women face in making hard decisions about managing their work and home lives.
