Gustav Holst’s The Planets is one of the most beloved pieces of classical music. The Houston Symphony teamed up with NASA planetary scientists and filmmaker Duncan Copp to create a live performance of The Planets synchronized with high definition images of the planets themselves. The production was then turned into a DVD called “The Planets – An HD Odyssey.”
