The St. Louis Rams handed the Houston Texans their fourth straight loss yesterday. To add injury to insult, quarterback Matt Schaub suffered an ankle injury, and this time, it was his replacement T.J. Yates who threw a pick 6, as the Rams embarrassed the Texans 38-13. We’ll recap the game, and discuss reactions to some frustrated Texans fans cheering when Schaub suffered his injury.

Also, the NBA’s Houston Rockets are in the midst of their exhibition season, and just completed back to back games against the Indiana Pacers in the Philippines and Taiwan. We’ll discuss the purpose and value of playing such games overseas, and whether the NBA might ever seek franchises in cities beyond North America. We’ll also discuss how Dwight Howard, James Harden, and the rest of the Rockets looks so far in the preseason.
