This weekend lovers of spicy food – so called "chili heads" – will converge on the Stafford Centre for the annual Houston Hot Sauce Festival, where spicy food makers from around the country will sell their fiery concoctions.

Our own Michael Hagerty is himself a chili head – at least now that he's learned the term exists – and discovered that one of the world's foremost chili heads is right here in Houston. James Wreck started Eat More Heat, which ended up becoming the most popular hot sauce review site in the world. That allowed him to give up his life in finance and development to open iBurn, a new store in southwest Houston that sells nothing but spicy sauces and food.
